Easy, healthy breakfast?

Asked by mallic 7 months ago, 5 answers.

Atm I have a ommlette for breakfast.
I was just wondering if anyone knew what a good healthy breakfast would include?
Should it be bigger or smaller then the other meals of the day?
Thanks

From what I've heard, a consistent breakfast is important to start the day the right way. But an omelet a day is excessive, no more than one or two eggs a week said my doc (cholesterol). Whole wheat cereals, fruits, a bit of cheese, cane sugar and milk (better than coffee but I advise what I do not).

haha well studies show that the amount you eat for breakfast is inversely related to how big your waste is (larger breakfast= smaller waist) to an extent, you cant eat half a horse and lose weight lol make sure its high protein so eggs are good carbs are fine too but not to many and fruits for their simple sugars so an omlet with an apple and some toast would be key so I'd say your already in pretty good shape as far as what your eating.

Well, a healthy breakfist should consist of cerial, yogurt, fruit, with a glass of milk or orange juice.
It can be small or average but, make sure to eat enough so you can be full during the morning hours until lunchtime.
Breakfist is good for you since that is the imporant meal of the day pluss it gives you energy and helps you focus while at work and school.

The yolks have the most fat. Try removing at least one yolk from your omelette, use a non stick pan and add some veggies and non fat cheese.
