Does vinegar give you less of an appetite?

I heard vinegar gives you less of an appetite. I have a binge eating disorder...

So I was thinking I could put vinegar on a salad or something before I eat so I wouldn't binge, (or at least as much) so I was wondering if it would work. Thanks!
