no it doesn't hurt barely... it all depends on your tolernce for pain... if you can handle some pain you will be fine... and it only hurts for a second...and like tiffany said make sure you take care of it bc it hurts even more if you don't take care of it....

Not really, it's one of the least painful piercings. The only time it really hurts is if you let it get infected. Follow your aftercare instructions and be careful.
