Where can i get my naval pierced without consent?

I need a place in Clifton Park NY or in that general area that I can get my naval pierced with OUT parental consent PLEASE PLEASE HELP!

If you were taught right from wrong, you'd know 'behind the back' is wrong - parents may not be perfect, but they deserve respect - look at all they've done for you - they don't deserve the hurt/disappointment.

It will be very hard to find a place... they can get fined and their liscence revoked if they are peircing minors without consent. A risk most places won't take.

Even if their was a place that peirced without consent... you most certainly wouldn't find them advertising it on the internet.
