Do your parents give you money?

Do your parents give you allowance and if so how much and how often? Do you have to do chores and stuff for it or do they just give it to you? I’m trying to see so I know how to approach my parents about allowance.

My parents gave me money until I was 16 and was able to get a job in my area. I made $20 a week for the first two years of high school, which isn't too shabby at all.

When I was old enough to work, I got a job at Blockbuster Video. I worked there until I moved to college when I was 18.

just say, mom can i clean this ____ for like 10 dollars?

nope I dont have a job either :D
