think of it this way: if your house catches on fire in the night and there are hott firemen out there are you going to want them 2 c you with no bra lol just something 2 lighten the cancer and cutting off the blood circulation thing.
I do but I don't know much all I know is that the cancer thing is not true
It doesn't cause cancer and it doesn't prevent sagging.
All myths.
It can however restrict the blood flow underneath your breasts, and also cause acne problems by bacteria being trapped there all the time. (and anytime you wear restrictive clothing constantly, you run the risk of developing skin tags.)
So it's suggestive that if you do wear a bra to sleep, wear a less restricting bra. There are sleep bras available.

I wear one to sleep because it is more comfortable to me because I have bigger breast and it feels like there is support instead of them just hanging out
No I don't well I actually wear a sports bra cause my boobies are big and I definately do not want them hangin around my belly soon so I always have them supported no matter what. well of course during the nasty you gotta let them free!!
I wear a comfortable, cotton sports bra to bed and I can't sleep without them, I guess I like the support! I have never heard of it causing cancer though (you could always google that and find out the truth yourself from a reliable resource), but I have heard that it helps keep you breasts from sagging (I have also heard that's not true either). If you want to, do it, and if you don't, don't! Do a little of your own research though and you will hopefully find out what is myth and what is fact! Good luck!
I have been sleeping with a sports bra on for about 5 years. I think whenever you have bigger breasts, it's more uncomfortable to sleep without one. my one friend used to say that she felt like she was going to get raped if she didnt sleep with one on...who knows why though. but anyways, there are a lot of myths about sleeping with bras on. I asked my gynecologist about it almost a year ago, and she said that me sleeping with a bra on was perfectly healthy, but I would still suggest looking it up, just so that you have your own information...although I dont know if I'd suggest the internet for looking it up.
