No I don't believe that. How good or bad you are in this life has no bearing on whether good or bad things will happen to you.
I do agree with stephanie987 that karma exists, although I don't think there is good and bad karma. Karma is simply the cycle of cause and effect, the sum of your actions, their impacts, and the reasons you did them. That's all there is in this world.
