Do holland and barrett sell diet pills?

do holland and barrett sell diet pills ?
I've heard they do but im not sure.
but if so though
what ones are the best to use ?

I've never heard of that store, it must be a regional thing for the UK.

Diet pills usually don't work--they are a waste of money and a health risk. You can read this thread for discussion about the dangers of diet pills:

yes they do, but I don't know how effective they are.

yes I work at a holland and barrett and we do sell diet pills it depends what you want for example and appetite suppressent ie chromium, one thats been in the press recently is hoodia gordonii, another type is to enhance your metabolism ie sea kelp or green tea or you can get an all one like diet source which has four different pills to take, none of them are 'magic' pills you will have to eat a healthy diet and exercise still but they will certainly help, always ask you gp about any major changes and/or your on any medication

Buy the HEALTHY magazine for just 1.50 that has plenty of information and tips on practical dieting and health
