How to make my stomach flatter?

I want to make my stomach flatter. I dont really feel ‘skinny’ like I use to be. even though my boyfriend doesnt mind me how iam. sometimes I feel weird about him touching my stomach. so I want to lose weight but I dont know what I should eat or do?

Dear alwa, First off..Don’t worry about how your stomach “looks” Understand that we need strong stomach muscles for good back support. This may help you. What to do?? When you are watching TV at night,morning whenever..I want you to start out doing 20 crunch sit ups..google it online for the right way..It’s easy. Throughout the time watching television do 20 crunch sit-ups then rest for 2 to 4 minutes…this will be one set…do 10 to 12 sets EACH day/night. Next month you will see how strong your stomach muscles are developing and then I want you to add 5 crunch’s to each set of 20. If you do the above it will answer your question…It will take a little will power but you can do it. When you develop those muscles they will burn fat while you sleep. Do this…OK? Let me know. CHANGE your diet to more veggies and do cardio at least once a week and you’ll lose weight.

dont stop eating… just -eat heather -and exersize (but dont over do it)
