Is there a way to fake diabetes?

Is there anyway to fake diabetes? My friend says there is.

Like fake having an illness to too much sugar? Why would you want that!

If you mean medically, I doubt it. Your metabolism and a Diabetic's metabolism react differently. It's automatic. You have no control over it. (Before artificial insulin was developed, it was a death sentence.)

I never said that I wanted to. I asked if there was a way to because my friend said that there was. That is what I said in my question. I just wanted to know the answer not get critisized for asking a question.
