What are ways to prevent type 1 diabetes? Are there any doctor proven ways that make you have type 1 diabetes?

The little meals throughout the day help prevent type 2

umm, this is one that I heard of, not sure about the thruth behind it. But I heard its bad to eat 1 really big meal a day and nothing else. I guess you want to eat throughout the day and that helps prevent it.

Type 1 diabetes can't be prevented. Researchers are studying various options for prevention, however.
