for the growers (wink wink) out there my friend has a plant and its got a lil red dot on the stalk what is it and what does it mean?

that red dot mean it's going to have red hairs which means he's growing some of that sh*t!!!

Do they move? They might be mites. If so, he'd better spray with a non-toxic pesticide like Safer's soap. Those things can suck the life out of a plant.
