How can i get rid of acne all over my body?

I have horrible pimples all over my face,chest,back and neck and would like 2 get rid of them. but the thing is I dont want to use any cleanser or any chemicals on my face. please help I need to get rid of these pimples and fast...

Drink plenty of water!

You could try Essiential Oils, may be worth a go if you dont want to try, cleansers or chemicals,

i have, or had, the same problem.

you can go to any store like wal-mart or any place that sells body products, and pick up neutrogena body wash. it's like, a tannish color, and it exfoliates. it worked really well for me. i hope that helps.

Sorry chica, but you cant just wash your face with water and make them go away. You need a cleanser made for clearing up acne. Most likely the reason it has gotten so bad is your lack of care for your skin. You HAVE to use face wash, if nothing else (no acne cream or toner or anything). Otherwise you are stuck with it.

AcneFree, Its VERY effective.Plus when you take a shower you can rub it on your body too. The one I bought was only $6 at Shopko cause it didn't come with the moisturizer or toner. ^-^ Good luck with acne!

Id visit a dermatologist. Anything you try over-the-counter could make the problem worse.

I've suffered from severe acne primarily on my face for a while now. I'm 18 years old. I found that going to the tanning beds helped clear up my skin dramatically. I have also been taking perscribed meds for my acne since I was 11 called Tetralysal 300. Keratolytic (Exfoliating) Agents: These products affect the comedogenesis (see table above) process by normalizing desquamation (the exfoliation process). Sulfur and resorcinol: These older medications tend to work mostly on the surface of your skin to help heal existing blemishes by unclogging pores.

Firstly using substances derived from vitamin A like retin-a or tazarotene, to reduce inflammation of the skin and to unplug pores.
