You could try Essiential Oils, may be worth a go if you dont want to try, cleansers or chemicals,
Lavender
T tree
Frankincense
Lemon
Hope this helps
I have, or had, the same problem.
you can go to any store like wal-mart or any place that sells body products, and pick up neutrogena body wash. it's like, a tannish color, and it exfoliates. it worked really well for me. I hope that helps.
Sorry chica, but you cant just wash your face with water and make them go away. You need a cleanser made for clearing up acne. Most likely the reason it has gotten so bad is your lack of care for your skin. You HAVE to use face wash, if nothing else (no acne cream or toner or anything). Otherwise you are stuck with it.
Id visit a dermatologist. Anything you try over-the-counter could make the problem worse.
I've suffered from severe acne primarily on my face for a while now. I'm 18 years old. I found that going to the tanning beds helped clear up my skin dramatically. I have also been taking perscribed meds for my acne since I was 11 called Tetralysal 300. If you don't want to use lots of chemicals or expose your skin to uv light try to drink 5 pints of water per day and try creating a replenishing face mask with the flesh of 1 avacado, a little orange juice, honey, molasses and a few drops of camomile essential oil whizzed together in a blender to give your skin a vitamin boost naturally
There are two man categories, topical or systemic.
Keratolytic (Exfoliating) Agents: These products affect the comedogenesis (see table above) process by normalizing desquamation (the exfoliation process). This makes it easier for the proper exfoliation and softening of the follicle epithelium, the tiny tissue covering pore openings. The two most commonly available items in this category are alpha-hydroxy acids and benzoyl peroxide.
Alpha hydroxy acids: Glycolic acid, the most well-known of the bunch is a useful adjuvant therapy for mild acne. Mandelic acid, a lesser known one, but one that combines the keratolytic properties of glycolic acid with natural antibacterial properties that help reduce the presence of P. acnes, may be considered a more effective alpha hydroxy acid in treating acne lesions. It is also much less irritating than glycolic acid, a factor that may be very important to those with sensitive skin who are unable to use other agents such as Retin-A, benzoyl peroxide, sulfur, or salicylic acid. It is effective in treating mild cases of acne on its own, and can be used successfully with other therapies on moderate acne.
Salicylic Acid: Salicylic Acid is a Beta-hydroxy acid. It's exfoliating action is similar to that of glycolic acid, but it remains on the top of the skin, cleansing out pores. Salicylic acid is particularly effective at decreasing the number of noninflammatory lesions such as blackheads and whiteheads.
Sulfur and resorcinol: These older medications tend to work mostly on the surface of your skin to help heal existing blemishes by unclogging pores.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.

Firstly using substances derived from vitamin A like retin-a or tazarotene, to reduce inflammation of the skin and to unplug pores. Retin-A can cause skin reddening at first but this is quite normal as the skin's blood supply is improved and younger looking skin begins to appear presenting a youthful complexion. Using a product that includes zinc will also help the vitamin a function better.

Most people want to treat acne scars rather than acne.It is like treating measles scars rather than measles.Acne is a skin condition caused by the internal imbalance. All medicines and creams which help to remove acne scars contain benzoyl peroxide.
You can regain your internal balance and cure your acne completely and permanently by natural techniques. For, More Information,
