How to wear my makeup for my cousin's wedding?

im wearing a white dress with red flower very cute..red shoes. im having trouble in what color of eyeshadow and lip color I should wear...these are my questions...what are the best eyeshadow colors that'll match with my dress? what is the best...

eyeshadow brand? what is the best lip color that'll match my skintone/face and the dress at the same time? and what are the best brand for makeup tools packs? I loaded a pic of me maybe it'll help on what will look nice on me and match with my dress...

Unless you already asked the bride if it's ok, I REALLY would not wear a white dress. It's considered very rude and a direct insult to the bride to wear white to a wedding.

How big is the flower on your dress? Unless the flower is big, you may want to reconsider wearing a white dress. I'm not 100% sure, but I think the bride is the only one that wears white or maybe that only applies to the members of the wedding, like the Brides maids, the Maiden of honor and mothers of the bride and groom. They have to wear other colors. Maybe you could go on google and check on the white dress.

As for make-up, I was a hairstylist and I know a little about make up, although I'm not familiar with a tool pack...sorry.
I really don't think you need any make-up because you are pretty as you are, but if you want to wear some and if the red flower is big enough, you could try to match up your lipstick with it.
For your eyeshadow, since your eyes are brown, you should probably go with neuteral shades. You don't have to buy an expensive brand. Maybeline or Revlon would be fine. You may want to use a touch of glitter on the arch of your brow.
Your complexion is so nice that you may just need some translucent powder. You just don't want to out shine the bride.
I think your hair would look nice if it were put up, nothing too elaborate. Just wear a matching hair decoration.
