What age should i start wearing makeup?

so a lot of my friends wear makeup like eyeliner maskarea eyshadow.. everything and there 12 and 13 , is that a bad age to start wearing makeup? I dont wear makeup, but I kinda want to .

I started at like 13...but up until that point I was a tomboy. I think that that's a good age to start, just dont go to heavy on it.
