Do purple veins mean breast cancer?

My friend's sister is noticeing purple veins on her breasts and is concerned if they are like stretch marks or just very visible veins( she is more developed in this area0

Instruct your friends sister to go to the Doctor and ascertain if this is anything to be concerned about..I wish her the best !!

I have some visible veins and stretch marks on my breasts too. It's very normal, especially for large breasted women. However, she could always show her doctor just to make sure.
