You need to see a good Oncologist, esp one who specializes in breast cancer.

Have you been diagosed because an oncologist will have a plan to follow depending on a number of things
Tumour Size
Invasive tumour
Spread to other areas

Get the lump? checked out because time wasted is not a good way to treat breast cancer if that's what it is.
