Could I be pregnant even with cramps?

I had sex with a condom. I'm supposed to get my period on Saturday, February 17. Sometimes it doesn't always go on the 28th day though it might come early or it might come late. But I always break out and get real emotional and get cramps a few days before my period that how I always know its coming. but I barely ever spot. Today I've been getting pimples all weekend and cramps all day today but I began to spot...and I heard that spotting is a sign of pregnancy, but I also heard that their are no menstrual cramps during pregnancy. Do you think I'm okay? Whenever I ask for help on here all people do is tell me to get a pregnancy test (which I will if I don't end up getting my period) but for once I need someone to tell me that they think I'm fine. Or at least an honest answer. Thanks =)

If you're spotting only a week before your normal cycle then it really shouldn't be a problem. Women's cycles do that a lot and it can be just natural or it can even be triggered by stress. If you were using a condom during sex then you should be fine and just relax.

Relax hun..those are NOT signs of pregnancy. Those are signs your period if on its way. Pimples are not a hormonal imbalance. It is caused by an increase in one hormone (progesterone) and it happens just before your period. Heres what happens to your mood just before 'that time of the month' >Depression, irritability, anger tearfulness, changes in sexual desire, and anxiety.
Here are the physical changes>Breast tenderness, Feeling bloated, Migraine, back pain, Difficulty sleeping, Changes in energy level, and nausea.
