Could I spread stds?

okay. I licked and ate out my ex twice. That was like 5 months ago.
Now I have a new girlfriend and she wants me to lick her down there , so I didn't cause the thought of eating out my ex was going through.
so if I ate and licked my girlfriend's pu$$y will I spread STD onto her or no?

you have to have an std to spread it first of all
and if you do have an std in your mouth then yes you will spread it

You need to let her know you have an STD first (if you have one), its a must. If you don't tell her and she catches it, you can actually end up criminally charged. Anyways... STD's get spread really easily so you have to do all you can to protect yourself. I don't think she can get it from you just eating her out but I'm not certain, I guess it depends which kind of STD.

Yes STDs could spread through oral sex, do you have an STD? there are mouth dams or something that you could use...

If your ex doesn't have STD's then no. But be carful
