How to stop being so fat?

im 13 (nearly 14) and I think im fat. I am very athletic and train around 13 hours per wk. even though I exercise a lot I am still gaining weight but not a lot. people say that muscle weighs more than fat but when people see me they say I’ve gained weight not muscle, but I eat quite a lot. my mum says I have a high metabolism and if I eat to much I wont gain weight. im really scared ill gain lots of weight and not be able to lose it. im confused because sometimes people say im skinny, some say im muscely and others say im fat! it is mainly my older sister (16) who says im fat. I sometimes think that shes just trying to make me feel fat cause she always says “im so skinny im like a stick compare to you” but we wear the same size clothes which is size 8. I am just so confused. she used to be more fatter than me but because I am more sporty than her I am putting on weight. I am a gymnast so I need to be strong and train this much but I dont want to be so “fat”.

umm what’s an Australian size 8 in english or USA sizes? I don’t know what you weigh or anything, but you don’t sound fat at all. maybe it’s muscle.

maybe you should eat healthy and do regular excersice. dont pig out. thats not nice people calling you fat. by the sound of it, you fine. size 8, I wish I was a size 8. trust me. your not fat. just make sure your eating is under control and excersice regularly.

I would defintely say it’s because your an athlete. All athletes have a lot of muscle. But just because you ahve a lot of muscle, doesnt mean your fat. You defintely don’t want to stop eating. Size eight for 13 or 14 is an ok size. Just make sure you eat as healthy as possible.
