I doubt computers will take over the world as you need brainy humans to run and fix the gargets when they break down.

Wouldn't it be sooo awesome to have a computerised car where you don't have to self drive...All you have to do is hop in and let the vehicle do all the driving...This will give us more time to do our hair and make up and catch up with breakfast whilst sitting in our car. happy

Also a car that pumps it own petrol without you having to do it yourself...AND inflates the tyres automatically when it's low.

only if people create AI(artificial inteligence) that grow to hate humans, but no there more likely to be helpful if their smart. NEVER TRUST 1 MACHINE TO DO EVERYTHING LIKE IN THE TERMINATOR!!!

So far all computers still can only think like machines. They can calculate like mad but the simplest creativity, independent thinking, deciding what to solve instead of just solving it, etc. is impossible. Artificial intelligence is still struggling with even basic tasks that we take for granted. You might think it's amazing that computers can do complex math quickly, download video, and other things you can't do, but computer engineers think it's amazing to finally have a robot smart enough to stand up and walk without falling... most of the time. Human-like AI, heck even ant-like AI, isn't coming any time soon.
