science fair ideas?!

I need help picking a science project that I should do im in the 8th gradee! and it has to be in one of these categories.

this might be a little advanced and dangerous, but it would probably net you a win or runner up- get some HCL (dilute, so you dont get seriously burned) and a piece of limestone. pour the hcl on the limestone and watch it dissolve. write the formula on a presentation board behind it “2HCL+CaCO3 –> H20 + CaCl2 + CO2” this means that the HCL (hydrochloric acid) dissolves the limestone into water, carbon dioxide and calcium chloride. you can get limestone from a local quarry or even from a landscaping service or maybe even off the ground. just make sure a responsible adult handles the acid, it will burn you

Set up a slideshow on your computer about Astronomy and stick it onto a USB to bring into school.
