so people know what your asking..
if the question just says help?
it could be about anything.
be more specific, so people know to click it or not.

So people know what the question is just by looking at the title, makes it clearer, more likely to be answered and easier for search purposes

Ok, so I just changed this one - why?

It's HARD to read when it's all in upper case, please type normally.

And, I just changed the Ipod question. Why? Because you wanted to know how to put youtube vidoes *on* your ipod...which is more specific, and easier to understand.

So...if you'd take an extra 30 seconds when asking, people will both give you better answers AND appreciate you more happy

Also, if you write a better question title, the related questions feature will show you other similar questions that might already have a really good answer to the same question you asked, so you don't have to wait as long to get an answer.

Ok. And again, it makes it clearer and easier for search purposes. This is done by the people who work on the site to better the site. Unless the title has been changed and is misleading why should it bother you?

        Simply a Rose to brighten your day,
        And maybe lessen the cares in your way;
        And also, too, to help you to know,
        That in knowing you, many others grow!

There was a Question that I changed the title to today. It's title was Helpp. I changed the title to something like Help! need thigh weight loss information (or something along those lines).

There were two benefits for Fun Advice by changing the title. First, users would know by reading the title what the Question was generally about and could then decide whether they wanted to invest their time and energy in OPENING and responding to the Question. Second, if someone is using a Search feature or an off-site search engine, the search function information returned is based on the title of the Question. As an example, Help generates 35012 hits on Fun Advice which would take you hours or even days to go through to see if the subject you are looking for is even listed. By looking for help need thigh weight loss information, it cuts the results down to 7 hits that are more likely to be related to what you are looking for. Saves a lot of time and energy.
