Celxa (antidepressant)

I've been really depressed lately so I got started on celexa. I was wondering if anyone else here has taken it and what some fo the side effects include.

um I didnt get them from my dr. they wer prescribed by the people at this program im in for depressed youth so they didnt tell me much about it. I was aware that things could get worse so that kind of scares me=/

oh god. but I really needed something . I mean, they have NPs here so its not like they dont know what ther giving me but I just wasnt informed about the side effects. but I guess since I come here everyday instead of school if things get worse they can chenge my meds or the dose.

lol its okay an NP is a nurse practitioner. yeah I've been struggling with depression for 5 years and therapy never worked because my thing is genetic. my grandmother is a paranoid schyzophrenic and my mom suffers from depression too.
