Wait till you are responsible enough for one, have a job to pay for it (having a cell phone is very pricey) and then I'm sure she will let you.

show your mom that you are responsible enough I know how you fill my mom wont let me either or buy your own pre paid phone there only like 30.00 dollars

im 11 and I have cell phone tell your mom or dad the things that could happen to you if you dont have a cell phone say what if im lost and im stuck somewere that youve never seen before

Well first of all make sure its a reasonable age to get one. Show her that your responsible and you can handle it. Just show you won't go over your minutes and you will do nothing bad to it.
