From what the Information I have the shot is a bad idea.The shot contains thimerosal(it contains mercury) which is controversial ingredient,it is toxic and 25,000 times the amount of the safe dose of mercury.I would recommend just the regular shot.even doctors and nurses are against taking the swine flu vaccine.If that doesn't tell you something then what is.The makers of the Swine Flu vaccines are granted 'legal immunity' from lawsuits,just google 'swine flu vaccines legal immunity' if you don't believe me.'I know swine flu is bad,but it is not as bad as the vaccine.
I would take the regular shot and skip the swine flu shot.
