You need to go talk to the dentist... they may be able to fix them but you need to talk to them asap. The longer you wait the worse it will get

that's wright, you need to speak with a dentist asap, they could still help you and cure it, it's easy to cure, they will probably give you also pills stopping desease and some proper tooth paste
