Can i sue my employer for this injury?

I injured myself on the job and am no longer able to do the same work and make the same living. Can I sue my employer? Can I sue for retraining?

You should seek the consultation of a lawyer to see if you have a case, which you may or may not. I'm, not a lawyer don't know the situation so.. Call around and see if you can get a free consultation.

Consult a lawyer - can you prove the company was somehow negligent ? - did you immediately report the injury/incident to your supervisor or make a Workers Compensation report ? - did you immediately seek medical ?..things to consider..Good luck !!

Check you Worksman Compensation Laws. They are online for your state. If you do not understand them,Consult a Worksman Attorney.
