Yes I set up my sons last night.You will need a memory card adapter from ps2 to ps3 and a ps2 memory card .Then just follow instructions in the manual,If you get stuck funmail me

Yes you can.You just put a ps2 cd in to a ps3 console.

It all depends on the Hard Disk Drives space. If you have the 40GB,no, but 60GB,80GB yes they will.
