I'm 17 and living with my father in Florida. I'm unhappy here and want to move back to finish up my senior year in South Carolina where my mother lives. If my dad refused to transfer my papers and I left to live with my mom in SC would they be able to...

forcefully move me back to Florida? By the way my parents are still married.

well who has custody of you? and I believe you could move in with your mom,but your best bet would b too talk to your mom about it when your dads not around.
