Just eat sensibly, cut out all the crap like crisps, cakes, biscuits and sweet things.

Try not to eat after 6/7pm. Definitely no carbohydrates (bread, pasta, potatoes) in the evening, this is what bloats your stomach up. If you feel hungry have a drink of water, sip it, don’t gulp it down. If you are still hungry, have an apple or banana.

Morning have a drink of orange juice or anything that’s 100% juice if you don’t fancy eating anything. Lots of people recommend stuff like weetabix but I hate it. Muslei is supposed to be good for you. Anything with wheat or oats like porridge. Just try not to use so much sugar in it.

Have a light lunch, a salad sandwich or just a packet of fresh baby carrots etc. You don’t need to eat much because your energy is still trying to burn your breakfast but drinking lots of water will help your metabolism going. Or juice if you prefer more flavour.

Dinner should be normal and balanced. You don’t need to have just one lettuce leaf on your plate lol. It needs to be simple. Meat and veg with either pasta or potatoes. You can have a treat once every so often. I have treats like a chinese take away every now and again. But when you have a treat you are NOT to feel guilty because you know how well you been doing it.

It might help to do some simple toning exercises. You can do them sat down. Do butt clenches and crunches. Sit ups are not as affective as people make it out to be. It gets less effective the more you use it so spread your exercise time around.

Hope this helps you to start. Email me if you need more info
