NO!!!
You should at at least 1200cals when on a diet and only burn off about 800 at the most.
You still need the stuff thats left to power your body.
Actually at that rate you would be collapsing in no time.

For every 3500 calories you burn, more than what you take in, you will lose 1 pound.

The only way to tell if it is correct for you is to consult a dietitian or a doctor and take your current weight into consideration.

You say you are tired. Maybe you are trying to burn too many calories at the expense of your health.

The information these people are giving you isn't correct.

You must burn 500 calories over the recommended amount you're supposed to consume. NOT burn all that you consume.

So for instance, a person who is 5'6, 130 pounds, and 24 years old, and does not work out at all, should consume 1,938 calories to maintain their weight (here's a calculator so you can punch in your own info: http://www.caloriecontrol.org/calcalsm.html ).

So if they want to lose a pound a week, they should either cut back to eating 1,438 calories a day, or split it up. For instance, they can eat 1,700 (so 238 calories less than needed to maintain their current weight) calories, and burn 262 calories through exercise. That'll equal burning 500 calories a day (238 + 262), and thus will make them lose a pound a week.

It is not healthy nor maintainable to lose more than a pound a week.
