The best thing to do would be to call a local realtor or real estate lawyer and tlak to them. The realtor would probably be a better bet since a lot of lawyers would want to look over everything and represent you, just in case

A related question to my last one, I live in California, so is there anything special I should know about California forclosure laws? You know, just in case the guy on TV isn't lying & I just found out how to make a ton of money buying forclosed homes. lol.
If it really was true...hm, well - I guess they wouldn't be selling it on tv. Still, I want to do my home work so anything you can tell me is appreciated.
