you should try either muriatic acid which you can get at your local hardware store or some simonizing rubbing compound paste from your local auto parts store.
pour acid on a rag and rub area for a bit to see your results then try the other or you can just dip the acid rag into the compound and just work it like that, just in case there are other metal cleaners such as noxon and brasso and don't use a brillo pad
