Brother and i'm lost

My brother is 8 and we have sibling quarrels but it's getting outta hand. He thinks everything serious Is funny. He backtalks to everyone. Lying is his hobby and passion. He's causing my mom stress who says that it is all of us. I'm just so sick of him....

He doesn't do anything without being stood over constantly. I've been to the point of wanting to kill him. I won't but as I write this he just won't stop. No conventional methods are working. What do I do?

My bro is the same, I gnore him, and be the good one so he'll get in trouble and not you. It works for me. Or you can scare the crap outta him and say that being bad is a crime and can go to jail for it. Lmao. Worked on my bro when he was 6.
