I dont supply much milk I was wondering if any one could give me some tips on how to supply more

fenugreek. its an herbal suppliment you can buy at GNC that is safe for you and the baby. whenever my milk supply dwindled, I took three pills, three times a day (9/day) I know it sounds like a lot, but within a week, I was full again. I'm sure everyone has told you this, but try to nurse more frequently. Your body will supply milk on an as needed basis. Avoid caffiene.

drink lots and lots of water. eat right. get plenty of rest, try not to stress and like the previous post said, avoid caffiene and nurse more often.

I take these pills my doc gave me but they dont give me much more its so discouraging I mean my sister can breast feed ok and I struggle so much. also what should I do during the night cas my baby sleeps threw the night but by morning my boobs hurt so bad cas there swollen I feed before bed but it dont seem to help they still get swollen

veggies, white rice and breast feed more frequently. It worked for me, it might work for you. Good Luck!
