It can show up in certain blood tests 2 to 4 weeks after you've used it

It depends on what they're testing for... So yes it will show up if they are looking for drugs...

It usually won't pick it up unless that is what they are looking for specifically

If they are looking for drugs they will find it, yes. But if you are sick and they need to do a blood test than they aren't looking for drugs which means it wont be picked up. They are more focused on finding out what is wrong with you.
