I'm having a blood test next week - if I don't drink or smoke in that week before the test will the nicotine or alcohol show up? I've only been smoking a bit recently but I don't wanna get done over by my parents :S Oh yes and if anyone knows if they take blood out of a particular arm please tell me.
they usually take your left arm, because most people are right handed - but my sister is left handed and always asks them to take it from her right arm
and yes you can see if someone smokes from a blood test, but thing is if you haven't smoked recently or not much there wont be much traces and it might as well been that you just sat in a club with lots of smoke, so don't worry. Usually if you don't request them to look, they won't even bother
no no no it wont show up and neither will any drugs unless they are specifically checking FOR drugs. trust me, i know. and no, they will just look at both arms to see what vain looks better. so i hope you dont have track marks. besides, you shouldnt be shooting cocaine or heroine or meth anyway. its super dangerous. again, i know for a fact.
They specifically have to request tests for certain things and if its a general blood test they won't be looking for nicotine. They usually look for an arm with the best vein, but if you're right handed, offer them your left arm. Its nothing to worry about.
Generally if one does not want to get caught doing something that they should not be doing, then you just do not do it in the first place. :)
Then you can take those drug tests and show your parents that you are trustworthy and responsible person.
Completely changed my opinion of you, i'm not sure, i think they will be able to track back a long time, Smoking has physical effects, i'm not pretty sure someone with Medical training would be able to spot it after an examination.
no way but if u dont beleave my u can ask an adult if it comes in a blood test and say someone that u know does nicotine
to harryhpdr555; you can't actually do nicotine. adur.
Thankyou all, had my blood test, everything is great :)
