How can I get blood stains out of bed sheets and blankets? I tried washing them, but it didnt help

use ubr cold water, let them dry first though, I don't know, buh usualy cold water does the trick

Once you've put them through the washer and dryer, there's not much you could do to remove the stains...with time, they'll fade.

For future reference, Always run blood-soaked fabrics under *cold* water(hot water will only cause the blood to coagulate and 'cook in to' the fabric) before you wash them.

there's a spray at wal-mart it's either in the laundry stuff or with the cleaning products it's called Mean Green and it gets out oil, greese, blood. grass, and just about anything else... spray it on, (soak it with the spray) let it sit for about 20-30 minutes and then wash as normal... happy washing!!!
