Will dying blonde hair black make it really black?

I recently went to the salon to have my hair dyed blonde. It's really blonde and not sure if it is looking good. I want to dye it black. Will my hair go completely black? Thank you! Alex

You can dye it black easy. Going from light to dark is simple. but make sure its what you want. once black its a PITA to get light again not to mention it can cause a lot of damage to your hair from being over processed.

The new 3-D look maybe something you would be intersted in... Leave half your hair blonde .. pull the top half into a ponytail (front,sides and some of the back) and dye the under part black, I think this is a great new look for most women,(or vise versa, do the top black and leave the rest blonde) I want to do it but my boyfriend likes my hair brown.
