Black marks near ends of the mouth

I having this problem for the past few months.I got black marks near ends of my mouth.during winter season this black marks has increasing and I got itching during day time.whenevr shaven my beard it got itching too.
I DIDN'T USE ANY CREAM TILL ...

NOW.
whether I have to apply any cream to reduce this.

please tell the suitable suggestion for this problem.

Have you been to the doctor? It could just be dry, flaky skin, in which case I'd recommend using a chapstick/lipbalm, not sure if it will help. Try Palmer's chapstick/cocobutter because it's meant to reduce marks on the skin - not too sure about the mouth though.

it seems like you have a dry skin problem in that area

avoid smoking- it discolors the lips

apply tissue oil on that area every night before you go to bed- the johnsons tissue oil with spf is good
