Black hair to blonde

Okay so, I dyed my hair black but it faded to like a dark brown and you would have never guessed it was black in the first place, and I decided that I wanted blonde hair. soo , last night I went to shoppers and asked the beauty person for advice and she...

said to use blondisma bleach\lightening kit, then to die my hair a straight dark blonde. so , I did that , BUT my roots were likebright bleach blonde, and the rest of my hair was pretty much just brown. wtf ? .. then after I dyed it with the dark blonde it looks a little more even, but its like redish orangish blondish now . I need help do I bleach it again ?

well it isn't good for your hair to keep bleaching and coloring it over and over again all at once. so if you can manage to have it this color for a little while, I would wait atleast a month. (I think you're actually supposed to wait 3 months, but I'm not sure) anywaysss I would wait and then try bleaching it again.
