Can you dye black hair blonde?

I want to dye blonde on top of black hair but using home make stuff??
what can I use to do this?

There isn't any real ways that will work as accurately as a kit that is bought. if you buy a kit, you can get it done within an hour. If you had light brown hair, you could use peroxide or lemon juice but if you use any of those when your hair is that dark, then they will just turn your hair orange!~ So, I advice getting a kit to do it yourself or going to a salon!
