um, all I can say is that...u know your mom.
So what she likes. Of course you know what your mom loves to do. she is your mom =)
Just bring her to do what she loves to do =)
and often, it's not that much. you dont have to do a lot to make her happy. because you are her son, and she will love you for remembering, and always thinking of her.
