Billing problems

I paid a medical bill with a money order like they toldme I paid the whole bill to the hospital by they sent me a letter and tolme that I owe money to the hospital I talk to them by phone but it was like talking to the walls. Next month they sent me the same thing,, calling me delinquent I sent them the copies of the money order but this people dont understand. Can I sue these hospital because I sent my payment and is not my problem if they dont know how to count their money.what would you do if you have this problem

Hey try going by the better business bureau, they helped me with my billing problems with my student loans with sallie mae. Make a complaint with them and they will deal with all the information you give them.

P.S they go by donations, so its not that bad...
