Metrocard problem.

I was trying to get a metrocard to ride the train and when I put the bill in the machine it didint take my bill the machines only accepted credit or debit card at that time but why mta assumes that everybody has credit or debit card this is not fair what if people only have cash at that moment I think this thing about dont take bills is nonsense.

I think you're right.

But it must have just been that machine. The vending machines for Metrocard should accept cash, they can give up to $6 cash back in change too.
