Heeellppp meee big day!!

My sister is getting married on V-Day 2010 and im in the wedding. I want to look EXTRA hot in the dress she got me and I have a few months to do it. I'm not going to lie I do have some weight I want to loose but I dont want to be a twigg. I want to keep...

my curves. I'm Mexican/European so I have a nice set on me. =) but I want to work on the tummy, arms, and legs ASAP. I hurt my knee not to long ago so a lot of work outs are out. PLEASE help me. I'm up for ANYTHING to lose this weight. anything at all. but it has to be @ LEAST 70lbs in 5 months.

What?!?! From what I see in your pics, you are beautiful already.
The best friend to losing weight = Running and water!
You can do interval jogging, say jog fast for a minute, then for 30 secs at a slower pace, then 1 min again at a good speed.
BUT REMEMBER NOTHING BUT WATER!(Of course eat foods like fruits and veggies, only healthy stuff.)

ooh please you do not need to loose a lot of weight, you would look nice in your dress girl!!

well just go for a walk or run like for 30 min everyday
eat healthy and do push-ups and sit ups

I think if you cant do a lot of workouts the best way to loose weight is to eat in moderatioon and best foods for you. think about the dress when your done what your eating and go back up for more , you should try and cut out pop , and chips from your diet they arre absolutly teerible for you ! you should also try and eat slow eating slowly makes you feel fuller faster , but rember dont starve your self its all about moderation,

I also just started a pill called green tea extact . it is all natural , its purpose is not to make you loose weight ! so dont be fooled , you take it ten minutes before you eat each meal ( 3 a day ) and it boosts your matabalism so helps you loose weight WITH PROPER EATING AND A LITTLE EXERSISE!
