My hair is the same way. I agree with conair. They have great pricing and good quality. Almost everyone I know has that brand. Try going to a hair salon and ask for advice. Good luck.

Good hair straightener?

Good hair straightener?
I'm 13, my hair is pretty straight, but sometimes it gets a bit wavy. All my friends use straighteners and say how lucky I am to have straight hair, but that I should try using one. So I went to my friends house one day and I let her straighten my hair...
and I really liked the look! It really brought out my hilights and I loved it. So now I would like to buy a straightener but I don't know where to start. I've heard Conair is a really good brand, but I just need some tips on what kind of straightener is really good quality. I don't want anything cheap, but not over the top expensive either. I have medium brown hair, and I'm just curious to know what good quality straighteners are out there. I also don't want something that's too hard on my hair. if you could reply that would be great! thanks (:
