Should girls with small breasts use padded bathing suits?

Our Cat Asked by vickylaw over 2 years ago, 13 answers.

So... I have small breasts, about an A cup, and recently purchases a bathing suit w/ extra padding. Well, the other day while I was at the pool I noticed a couple of girls comenting on my bathing suit ( they said something a/b my boobs being to the...

side), I think they were referring to the padding. Any how, as you can imagine, I was embarased and took out the exta padding. Today I went to the pool and felt really self-conscious without the padding. So my question is, Should I or shouldn't I use the extra padding?

Well hey if you have small boobs deal with it and dont get a bathing suit that will cause attention to ur boobs and i say NO with the extra padding.

I would go without the padding. I can't imagine why it would be necessary.

I totally know how you feel! I used to have majorly small breats aswell and now I have like no clevage so hate wearing bikini's etc. still!

If it makes you feel better then use the padding I know how horrible it is and that you end up wondering around with your arms crossed over your chest if you are not comfortable and you feel like everyone is staring at your practically non-exsistant brests..oh I know!

Sometimes if it is removeable padding the padding gets a bit bunched up. Usually there will be a hole in the side of the cup where you can stick your fingers in (I know this sounds dodgey, I'm sorry but it's the only way I can really explain it) and just make sure the padding is flat and is as far to the bottom of the cup as possible. Check the padding before you put the swim thing on and also just check it once on. This should stop it from looking lopsided. Or you could get a swim suit with non-removeable padding and then you shouldn't have this problem.

Hope this helped hunni! x

padding is good for any girl, that way people don't think you're smuggling raisins in your top

If you don't have padding everything show's through, you all know what I mean. I don't know about extra padding, but if you can take it out of the bathing suit, try it both ways and see which way looks better. Good Luck!!!

no.
love your body the way it is girl, its the only one youve got. work out or something, eat well, it helps you feel good about yourself ALL the time!

also, try to find a swimsuit online, if you are really petite or have very small breasts. or if you live by the beach those chain stores alvins island and stuff have really small tops and you can buy them separately, that is what I ahve to do.

You can find bathing suits that don't give you the bulge on the sides. I know you want to be comfortable and not feel self conscious at the same time. I would recommend a bathing suit that does not have removable padding but has a thicker liner this will provide you with coverage from the cold and give you a flattering bust line as well..

Good Luck!

As a guy, I think I should have some say in this.

Don't wear the padding.

Yeah, as a goodlooking guy, small breasts rock and shouldn't be padded when you can go pad free (and bra free!) -- it's so much sexier!

Small breasts are usually proportional to the girl. Adding pads throws that out of proportion, seems fake...and makes me less likely to talk to you.

I have very small breats too and what works for me is bathing suits that have just light padding in it so nothing shows through. No push up and definately not just lots of padding. I have very small breasts too and what works for me are bathing suits that have just light padding in it so nothing shows through. I wouldn’t recommend push up (because if you are anything like me, there isn’t really anything to push up) and definitely not lots of padding. Just go with light padding just to make sure nothing shows through and it’ll give some shape to your breasts.

I found this theading by accident looking for scar remedies. But as a male I thought I would give you my opinion and that of many of my friends.
Lots of us find small breasts very attractive. In fact its just as unique and appealing to many males as large breasts are.
I would be proud of them if I was you, eventually you will find a guy who loves you and all of you not just for 1 part.
Be proud of yourself and confident and you will see men flock towards you.
