Well that is a glucose molecule, it has been years since I had to balance chemical equations but the question is incomplete!

I think that you can only balance the equation if there is something on the opposite side of the equals sign. Thats what I learned in algebra anyways. But my attention seems to get pulled to other things and I cant concentrate to good ; P

Are you sure that is the full question? Because there won't be a product unless you have something for the C6H12O6 to react with.

It has to be doing something... glucose doesnt simply react on its own... odds are this is the reaction you're talking about

C6H12O6 + 6O2 = 6H2O + 6CO2
